Usersnap
Usersnap is built for product managers running feedback at scale: an opportunity board, AI sentiment analysis, a customer request portal and behavioural targeting, laid out over five tiers from Starter to Enterprise.
Notarus is the cheaper choice: free for 5 projects with no item cap and unlimited seats, and Pro is $19 a month, while Usersnap is free for the first 20 feedback items, then opens at $59 a month for five seats. Usersnap is the wider product: an opportunity board and a request portal Notarus does not attempt.

Notarus is narrower on purpose. One widget, one board with a fixed pipeline, and the rule that every panel action is also an MCP tool. It is priced for a small team and published rather than quoted.
Every claim about Usersnap comes from the vendor's own public materials, read on 2026-09-13. Products change; check the vendor's site before deciding. Pending cells are unresearched, not zero.
Usersnap's pricing page lists six tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Professional, Premium and Enterprise) with their seat, project and space allowances, but it does not state the prices for the paid tiers on the page itself. The free tier is described as the first 20 feedback items with no time limit.
Its pricing page does not state session replay. It does list video feedback and screen recording options across plans, and error console logs from the Professional tier. We have marked replay as pending verification rather than claiming Usersnap lacks it.
Seat count does not decide it. Notarus does not charge per seat on any plan, so fifteen people fit on the free one, and Usersnap's Professional tier allows twenty. The question is what the team needs around the feedback: Usersnap's opportunity board and request portal, or the replay, console capture and MCP workflow Notarus provides for investigating reports.
Yes. Usersnap lists an MCP connector, described as giving AI feedback context. Notarus also ships an MCP server on its free plan, and the difference is the rule behind it: every action the Notarus panel can take is exposed as an MCP tool, with full panel parity, so an agent can triage the board the way a person does. Which matters more depends on whether you want an AI reading your feedback or acting on it.
More than fifty. Usersnap is the wider product on this point by a distance: it collects feedback from many more places than its own widget and connects to more than fifty tools. Notarus collects through its own widget and pushes out to seven issue trackers, Slack and Teams. If feedback has to arrive from several channels and reach many destinations, Usersnap is the better choice; if one widget and one tracker cover your workflow, the count does not decide it.
5 projects and unlimited seats, session replay included. No card.
