Usersnap alternatives, with prices and limits
Usersnap publishes no prices on its own pricing page, so this list starts with the tools that do.
One page per tool people are trying to replace, listing the real options with each vendor's own prices and limits. Every list says when the tool you are leaving is still the right answer, and anything we could not read on a pricing page is marked pending rather than guessed at.
Consider the tradeoffs, check the sources, and choose for your team.

Gleap has no free plan, and its cheapest tier carries one seat, one project and no integrations.
Hotjar sign-ups now go to Contentsquare, whose free plan replays a sample of sessions, not each one.
Jam is an extension its own users install, so the question is who files the bug rather than what it costs.
LogRocket bills by the sessions it records, and nothing free sits under its 14 day trial.
Marker.io has no free plan, and session replay, console and network all begin at Team.
Markup.io no longer runs a free plan, and what it reviews is files rather than a live page.
Pastel approves creative work rather than reporting bugs, and its free plan holds one active canvas.
Ruttl publishes no console logs, no network requests and no session replay anywhere on its site.
On Userback, session replay and console capture start at Business, $99 a month.
Ybug's free plan is real, but console capture starts on the paid tiers and it publishes no MCP server.
