Feedback keeps arriving. Passing the ceiling pauses new session replay for the rest of the month and changes nothing else: tickets, screenshots, console and network logs, screen recordings and the board carry on, and the replays you already have stay where they are. The session's evidence is marked as degraded so nobody wonders where the recording went, and your owners are emailed once when it happens. The count starts again on the first of the month, and Pro and Scale raise the ceiling to 500,000 and 2,000,000 page views a month.

Yes. Pro and Scale both open with a 14-day trial and the card is taken at the start, which is what lets the subscription carry on without a second visit. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged. Cancel later and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the organization drops back to Free. Both are done from the billing portal inside the app, with no email to us and no call.

An organization falls back to Free as soon as its subscription stops being active, which is the end of the period you have paid for if you cancel. Projects, members and stored media over the new limits are never deleted: they stay where they are and you go on reading them. Replay retention is the exception, because the plan caps the window rather than the count: the new plan's ceiling (30 days on Free) applies after a seven-day grace, and we email the account's owners the date it starts. From that date the replays already older than it are removed by the nightly retention pass. What else stops is growth and the capabilities the paid tier added: a new project is refused until you are back under the limit.

Neither. All three plans carry unlimited seats, so inviting a developer, a designer or a client costs nothing. The people who send you feedback are not seats either: they need no account and follow their report from a portal link.

It is every file your projects hold (uploaded screenshots and screen recordings, session replay chunks, widget themes and finished CSV exports), added up across the whole organization rather than per project. Retention gives the space back on its own: each project keeps its replays for the window it sets, up to its plan's ceiling of 30-day replay retention on Free, 90-day replay retention on Pro and 180-day replay retention on Scale, and a session nobody has touched for 90 days goes with it.

Yes, by hand, at no charge and on every plan including Free, while the launch offer lasts. Be clear about what moves: tickets, statuses, comments, assignees and labels come across. Session replays, console logs and screenshots do not, because they sit in your current vendor's formats behind their own signed links.
