Page views are counted per organization over a UTC calendar month and the count starts again on the first of the next one. Nothing is charged for going over: there is no metered price in the catalog. Once the month is at the limit the next page view is simply not counted, and reporting is not affected — the widget, the evidence it captures and the board go on working.
Yes. Free is the default plan, and an organization drops back to it as soon as its subscription is no longer active — the end of the period you have already paid for, if you cancel. Nothing is deleted on the way down: seats, projects and stored media that are over the Free limits stay where they are. What stops is growth — a new seat or project is refused until you are back under the limit — and the capabilities Pro adds.
Per seat. A seat is a member of your organization: Free has 1, Pro has 10. The people who send you feedback are not seats — they need no account, and follow their report from a reporter portal link.
No, and Free is not one either — it does not expire. One seat, five projects, the widget, session replay and the MCP server, for as long as you want them. When you do want Pro, you subscribe from inside the app and you can leave it again from the same place.
It is every file your projects hold — uploaded screenshots and screen recordings, session replay chunks, widget themes and finished CSV exports — added up across the whole organization rather than per project. Retention gives the space back on its own: a recording is kept for the window its project sets, 30 days by default and anything from 1 to 365, and a session nobody has touched for 90 days goes with it.
