A survey open over a shop's checkout page. The campaign “Checkout experience” asks how likely the visitor is to recommend the shop, on a scale of 0 to 10 with 9 chosen, then asks the reason for that score in a free-text box. The feedback launcher stays on the page, dimmed under the backdrop.

Build the campaign
Ordered questions of six types: NPS, CSAT, rating, single choice, multiple choice and free text.

Choose who sees it
All visitors, or only the URLs you include and exclude. The survey UI is fetched only when a campaign is eligible.

Read the aggregates
Response count, completion rate, NPS, CSAT, rating averages, choice distributions and the text answers in full.
The preview is the widget
The editor renders each question with the same runtime the visitor gets, so what you order and word in the panel is literally what the page will show — no second rendering to drift out of step, and no second script on the page either.

Answers, not evidence
A survey response carries no screenshot, replay, console or network data. The results screen says so where it is read: submission-level answers and aggregates, and nothing else.

How many surveys can run at once?
One active campaign per survey project. The rest stay in draft, paused or closed until you swap them.
Does a survey response include a screenshot or a replay?
No. Survey responses are answers only — no console, network or replay evidence is attached to them.
Can I show a survey only on some pages?
Yes. A campaign's audience is either every visitor or a bounded set of URL include and exclude patterns.
Ask the question while they are still on the page.
